EVALUATION
03 evaluation will be made among the participants :
• Pre-training evaluation : (one or two weeks before the training session) to collect participants' expectations, contraints and level.
• On-the-spot evaluation :(at the end of the training) to measure the degree of learning and knowledge that participants have acquired from the training.
• Post-training evaluation: (02 to 03 months after the training) to analyze participants' progress after 03 months of practices.
